We are pleased to announce the recent addition of six talented professionals to the Nishkian Menninger team in 2015.
Christina Lindstrom, an E.I.T., graduated from Autonomous University of Baja California in 2013 with a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering. She collaborated with a Special Inspector in the Bay Area for 2 years performing continuous inspections of certain aspects of PT, Reinforced Concrete and Masonry structures as required by the code and referenced standards, before coming to Nishkian Menninger. She enjoys painting, snorkeling, gardening, and cooking in her free time.
Dustin Wu was born and raised in Oakland, CA. He graduated from University of California, San Diego in 2014 with his B.S. in Structural Engineering. He is looking forward to learning more about the profession and being able to master all types of industry design software. Dustin also hopes to one day provide the structural design for a memorable structure in Oakland.
Hannah Evans studied Civil Engineering at John Hopkins University before attending University of California, Berkeley to pursue an M.S. in Structural Engineering, Mechanics and Materials. She previously worked at an internship, where she gained experience in construction and building enclosures. She is excited to be learning a lot at Nishkian Menninger as she begins her career and is enjoying putting her structural engineering degree to good use!
Jeff Huang graduated from University of California, Davis with a Master degree in Civil Engineering in 2009. In his graduate study, he mainly focused on structural steel design. Jeff worked at an engineering company designing seismic restraint for M.E.P. systems before coming to Nishkian Menninger. Jeff is very excited to be a part of the Nishkian team and to begin working on true building structures, which was his goal.
Jimmy Xin was born and raised in San Francisco. He attended University of California, Berkeley for his B.S. in Civil Engineering as well as his Masters in Structural Engineering. Jimmy planned on being a structural engineer as long as he can remember. He plans to keep learning and growing in his profession while continuing to live in his home town that he loves.
Julie Hagelshaw is our Administrative Assistant in the San Francisco office. She is a Bay Area native with 20 years administrative experience. In addition to monitoring administrative projects, Julie assists the Accounting team. This is her first exposure to construction administration.
