Central and Wolfe – Sunnyvale
Construction on the Landbank development at Central and Wolfe is continuing at a rapid pace. The first elevated concrete slabs are currently being formed and poured. General contractor Level 10 is working quickly to deliver the 777,000 square foot office campus to Apple, who has leased the entire campus. Bay Meadows – San Mateo
Bay Meadows in San Mateo will, when completed, be home to four office buildings that will be adjacent to the Caltrain line. The first office building, named Station 4, is structurally complete, with the interior work progressing steadily. Survey Monkey has recently announced that it has leased the office space of Station 4, with Blue Bottle Coffee and Tin Pot Creamery ready to occupy the retail/restaurant space at the first floor. Due to the great interest in office and retail space, developer Wilson Meany has called for the start of construction for Station 3. Construction on the 174,000 square foot Station 3 is currently at level 2, the first elevated concrete level. Survey Monkey will open its new office at Station 4 in early 2017, and Station 3 will finish construction in late 2017. You can find a blog about Bay Meadows, as well as construction pictures and renderings at the link below.
Nvidia Headquarters – Santa Clara
The structural steel frame of NVidia’s new headquarters has been erected, and the structure looks fantastic. Devcon Construction has completed the major structural work on the building, and now will start to put on the roofing, attach the glass façade, and start on the interior finishes.
