The Concordia Club is an established athletic facility in San Francisco that was damaged during the 1989 Loma Prieta Earthquake.  The building was retrofitted to comply with the current seismic codes of San Francisco. In addition, during the seismic upgrade the natatorium and the remainder of the Club underwent alteration.
