Site 56 — Building to be identical to the two existing office buildings on Site 57, with the exception of the building siting and the necessary foundation modifications — five stories in height in L configuration.
Site 57 — contains two, five-story office buildings of approximately 178,125 square feet, each with a mechanical penthouse; one 33,890 square foot commons facility, and one, four-story, 352,265 square foot parking garage. Construction is structural steel for the office buildings and a combination of poured-in-place and precast concrete for the parking structure.
