This project consists of two, new, two-story office buildings (Buildings 2 and 3) enclosing approximately 289,000 square feet and a new, five-level, 252,000 square foot garage with parking for 750 cars, below Building 3 of approximately 280,000 square feet.
Structural system consists of one-way cast-in-place post-tensioned concrete slab supported on precast, pre-stressed concrete beams supported on concrete columns. The lateral load-resisting system utilizes cast-in-place concrete shear walls. The foundation system is shallow spread footings.
