This project, in excess of 1,000,000 square feet, is located on the four corners of the intersection at First and Howard Streets.
Building 1 is a proposed ten-story office building with two basement levels of parking and a landscaped area.
Building 2, 405 Howard Street, is also ten stories in height with two basements for parking. This structure has a landscaped plaza area on the ground floor and wraps around an historic landmark building which is being rehabilitated during the project.
