An 18-story, steel-frame office building with ten levels of parking integrated into the structure. Building area includes 390,000 square feet of office space and parking for 1100 cars. Eleven-level (three below grade), 408,000 square foot garage with parking for 1170 cars. Structural system consists of concrete fill over metal deck spanning to wide flange steel beams supported on wide flange steel columns. The lateral load-resisting system utilizes steel braced frame and moment frames. The foundation system is a monolithic concrete mat.
