This project is a mixed-use complex, which contains retail, apartment units and parking. The overall structure is three stories in height with the basement being used for parking, the first floor used predominately for retail, and the next two levels for housing. Two-level, 20,000 square foot garage with parking for 50 cars. Structural system consists of a cast-in-place, two-way concrete flat slab supported on concrete columns. The lateral load-resisting system utilizes cast-in-place concrete shear walls. The foundation system is shallow spread footings.
