A two-tower project, this one being 8 and 10 stories in height is also constructed out of reinforced concrete. The parking structure associated with this project is for approximately 200 cars. Three-level, below-grade, 108,000 square foot garage with parking for 300 cars. Structural system consists of a cast-in-place, two-way concrete flat slab supported on concrete columns. The lateral load-resisting system utilizes cast-in-place concrete shear walls. The foundation system is a monolithic concrete mat.
