The ProTech area is a 33,000 square foot technical classroom area of which 18,000 square feet is new construction and 15,000 square feet is remodeled space. The new construction consists of a one-story structure with concrete block walls and a steel joist with acoustical steel deck roof. Remodel includes upgrade of an existing 15,000 square foot steel frame agricultural type building.
