Electronic Arts Commons Building, Redwood City, CA
This 47,000 square foot, steel frame recreation and fitness center was designed specifically for the employees of Electronic Arts Corporation. The project is two stories in height. At one end of the facility is a basketball court; the other space is filled with a weight-training room, aerobics rooms, locker rooms, and a dining facility.

San Francisco Concordia Club, San Francisco, CA
The Concordia Club is an established athletic facility in San Francisco that was damaged during the 1989 Loma Prieta Earthquake. We are in the process of retrofitting the building to comply with the current seismic codes of San Francisco. In addition, during the seismic upgrade the natatorium and the remainder of the club will undergo alteration.

San Francisco Olympic Club Lakeside, San Francisco, CA
The Olympic Club Lakeside is one of the premiere golf clubs in the United States. The work done on this facility included the renovation of public and service areas; seismic upgrade of ground floor, basement and sub-basement levels; extension of dining room and enclosure of existing terrace, and addition of new fitness center in basement.

San Francisco Downtown Olympic Club, San Francisco, CA
The Olympic Club is one of the oldest athletic facilities in the country, and its current facility is over 60 years of age. We have done many projects on this building for the past ten years. Our most recent project was the reconstruction of the natatorium building. During this reconstruction we will rebuild the entire pool and the decks that surround it. In addition, a new hydrotherapy pool will be installed.

Oracle Fitness Center, Redwood City, CA
This 36,000 square foot, steel frame recreation and fitness center was designed specifically for the employees of Oracle Corporation. The project is two stories in height. At one end of the facility is a basketball court; the other space is filled with a weight-training room, aerobics rooms, locker rooms, restaurant, etc. In addition, there is an outdoor lap pool.

Oracle Fitness Center Expansion, Redwood City, CA
After our successful first fitness center we have been requested to develop an additional building for the fitness center. The concept is to have an aerobics facility and meeting space on one floor with an open-air basketball court on the roof. The addition will be attached to the main fitness center via a bridge. Square footage is 5000 square feet.

Club One Fitness Clubs, Citicorp Center, Embarcadero Center,
San Francisco, CA
These projects included remodel and renovation of existing facilities for new fitness clubs, including aerobics areas, exercise equipment and full service locker rooms.

24-Hour Nautilus, 1200 Van Ness Avenue, San Francisco, CA
This project consisted of seismic upgrade of existing structure; removal and installation of a new automobile ramp to the roof; revision of Lobby, modification to retaining walls and additional new floor space - complete interior redesign for spa and other Nautilus equipment. Total space is 40,000 square feet.

Donald Bren Campus Events Center, University of California,
Irvine, CA
This is a 6000-seat, 75,000 square foot arena, steel frame, featuring 200 feet by 200 feet clear span roof structure.

Torrance YMCA, Torrance, CA
Two-story, 40,000 square foot, steel frame and concrete block wall recreation and health facility featuring 70 foot by 100 foot clear span gymnasium with perimeter running track at second level and 7000 square foot natatorium.
