A project consisting of a seven-story hotel over a four-story parking structure. The hotel lobby, support space and retail use will be on the ground floor.

Oxnard Garage, Oxnard, CA
This project is a four-story parking structure with future provisions for retail space on the ground floor. This structure, capable of holding approximately 400 cars, will have access provided to the various levels through a circular speed ramp at one end of the structure.

450 Rhode Island, San Francisco, San Francisco, CA
This is a condominium/retail/parking complex consisting of approximately 117 condominium units contained in 2-, 3- and 4-story Type V buildings on a landscaped podium. The parking garage, on a sloping site, will have four staggered levels of parking.

Del Monte Center Garage Addition, Monterey, CA
This garage addition will consist of a two-level (one elevated level) parking deck addition to the existing parking structure, though separate from the existing structure.

Four Seasons Resort, Vail, CO
The project is a ten-story hotel-condominium structure with three levels of parking being below grade.

Bay Meadows Mixed-Use Site, Foster City, CA
